Hi, I’m Mara Briere, a professional problem solver and the founder of PTP Coaching. Since 1996, my mission has been to partner with adults and families who feel blindsided by life's unexpected challenges. I help you navigate complexities, reduce stress, and develop practical solutions so you can live a purposeful life filled with joy, peace, and deep satisfaction.I believe in the power of true connection. My approach is rooted deeply in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based frameworks, creating a supportive environment where you can safely discover your unique strengths and thrive.

I bring a diverse and extensive clinical background to our coaching partnership. My professional foundation allows me to understand your unique journey from multiple perspectives:
- Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE): Nationally recognized credential through the National Council on Family Relations (NCFR). I actively mentor peers, host professional webinars, and author articles for Family Focus.
- Advanced Education: I hold a Master’s degree and a specialized certificate in substance abuse counseling.
- Diverse Field Experience: My practice is informed by my previous roles as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, an in-home clinician, and a dedicated parenting educator.
